The prisoner has been called to the punishment cell for starting a fight earlier. He knows prison rules and has to behave and if not, a punishment will follow. Miss Jessica doesn't take any notice of his pleads and over the chair he goes, trousers down, to use a flogger on his bottom to start with. He's then in for the prison strap. A minimum punishment of 50 strokes for any offence. By the time he's had all 50 he should be behaving better.
